Principal Direct Tax

With a strong focus on international direct tax and business reorganizations, I bring extensive experience advising companies from startups to multinationals on tax-efficient structuring, mergers, migrations, and global supply chain planning. My approach is pragmatic and solution-driven, grounded in a deep understanding of international and Dutch tax law. Whether structuring cross-border transactions or guiding clients through tax disputes, I aim to provide clear, strategic guidance that aligns tax considerations with business goals.

Principal Global Structuring

Combining international direct tax advisory with broad in-house experience, I like to take a practical approach translating complex technical matters in simple and effective solutions that are manageable for your business. As the focal person in international reorganizations, I commonly work with different advisors globally to bring together all pieces of the puzzle converting local advice into a global tax strategy for my clients. As such, my focus is mainly on pre-transaction planning, supply chain (re)organizations, spin-offs and carve-outs and post-acquisition integrations for clients that range from scale-ups that are expanding abroad to multinational groups with activities all over the world.

As an enthusiastic and seasoned indirect tax principal, I believe in providing clear, no-nonsense, practical tax advice that lets my clients focus on what really matters - running their business. Principal M&A Tax

I advise on international tax matters, with a particular focus on mergers and acquisitions. Combining international tax advisory experience with an in-house perspective, I bring a practical understanding of both the transaction process and the business behind it. My work ranges from tax due diligence and transaction structuring to negotiating tax provisions in acquisition agreements and advising on management participation. I also advise on corporate reorganisations, holding and financing structures, and the establishment and structuring of investment funds. I value clear communication and close collaboration with clients and their other advisors, translating complex tax matters into practical advice that supports their commercial objectives.
